Stephen Faley

As Stephen is my son I don’t want him to receive any message that could change the very good relationship I share with him. Stephen has Down Syndrome and is a very able 33 year old man. He attends St. John of God Day Services in Listowel and attends MTU, Tralee on Mondays for a Food & Beverage Course and on Fridays for Down Syndrome Work Skills Job Ready Courses. I look after his home needs and bring him to the bus for his courses in MTU on Monday and Friday and bring him to his Day Service in Listowel and bring him home in the evenings. He is very interested in politics and has travelled widely with me and with his Down Syndrome Branch and St.John of God group in Listowel . He is good company here at home for my husband and I and my family who don’t live at home. He has one brother and two sisters and he has a very close relationship with all of them.
